    • I have reviewed and agree to the terms of the Storage and Parking Agreement.

    • I understand no refunds or prorated rent are provided for any reason.

    • I will receive the complete lease agreement via email for signature.

    • All information I provide is accurate and up to date.

    • Monthly rent is due in advance each month on my start-date anniversary; late fees apply after 5 days.

    • Either party may terminate the Agreement with 15 days’ written notice.

    • The Yard @ York may terminate or deny access if payments are late, rules are violated, or for any lawful reason under the Agreement.

    • I understand The Yard @ York is not responsible for loss or damage to my vehicle, trailer, or property. I must maintain my own insurance and assume all risks.

    • Only roadworthy, registered, insured vehicles or approved trailers may be parked. No inoperable units, no storage of goods, no repairs, and no hazardous materials.

    • Habitation, overnight stays, camping, and sleeping in vehicles are strictly prohibited.

    • I agree to maintain safe conduct on site: no speeding, no dumping fluids, no smoking/open flames, and I will clean spills immediately.

    • Access hours are 5am–10pm daily (gates locked outside these times).

    • I understand that security cameras may be present but are not monitored and I have no rights to footage.
